Rev Maggie Neville is an ordained minister through the non-denominational Universal Life Church. She is legally recognized to officiate at all types of clergy needed functions and has been with the Universal Life Church for many years. She is based in Westminster, Maryland.

Couple's are given the opportunity to create their own personalized ceremony if they so desire.
The couple will meet with Rev Maggie prior to the wedding to decide upon all of the details of the ceremony.
